Shipping policy

We ship from our store in Harvey, Louisiana, and from supplier warehouses in the U.S., depending on where your item is stocked. Your order may arrive via UPS or FedEx, and orders with several items may arrive in more than one shipment.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout, and you'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and where your item ships from.

Local pickup: Online orders can be picked up at our Harvey store - choose pickup at checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

Some oversize items may need to ship freight. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you before shipping to arrange it.

We ship within the United States only. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
